The Tales of Birbal

The Tales of Birbal was a play by Mashi Theatre that toured UK theatres in 2017. Supported by The Spark Arts for Children. The Tales of Birbal have been treasured by generations across the Indian sub-continent for centuries, and this production has brought them to new audiences in the UK.

Written by Sayan Kent, directed by Trina Haldar, composed by Arun Gosh, and designed by Sue Pyecroft. I worked as Assistant designer, puppet and prop maker and costume supervisor for this production, as well as running outreach workshops at schools across Lincolnshire.
